Managing Director, Financial Services and Insurance
Are you a strategic, relationship-driven consultant ready to build and scale a Financial Services and Insurance practice while personally leading and closing complex enterprise automation and transformation engagements?
At Naviant, our mission is to partner with organizations to reimagine how work gets done, combining deep industry expertise, intelligent technology, and a human-centered approach to deliver measurable outcomes. We serve as the Agentic Partner for the modern enterprise, leading deep business transformation by building autonomous, intelligent solutions that enable executive leaders to transform and optimize their entire operating model. Our vision is simple yet ambitious: Reimagine work through automation, AI, and data, freeing people to focus on what truly matters.
We’re seeking a driven Managing Director, Financial Services and Insurance (FINS), to build and scale our FINS practice while personally executing high-value, professional services sales from opportunity to close. This player-coach role is ideal for a consultant-at-heart who thrives on engaging C-suite stakeholders to solve complex challenges: accelerating operational velocity, reducing compliance costs, and optimizing human capital through AI-driven automation. You will shape practice strategy, strengthen scalable processes, and take full ownership of quota attainment, all through a hands-on, consultative approach that fosters long-term, trusted partnerships. As part of a small, high-impact team, you will combine thought leadership, client advisory expertise, and executional excellence to drive measurable growth, close strategic deals, and create lasting impact in the FINS market.
Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish
First 30 Days: Getting Grounded

Skilled at managing pipeline health, forecasting, and building scalable sales motions that support long-term vertical growth.
Financial Services and Insurance Industry Expertise
Deep understanding of FINS market dynamics, fintech innovation, and regulatory and compliance considerations. Strong grasp of how automation, AI, and workflow technologies transform operations, mitigate risk, and improve efficiency within financial institutions. Brings an established network of executive relationships and, ideally, an existing portfolio of clients or industry contacts that can be strategically leveraged to accelerate growth and market penetration. Able to translate industry insight into compelling value propositions that resonate with executive stakeholders.
Executive Relationship Management & Consultative Selling
Experienced in building and managing relationships with C-suite, operations, risk, finance, and technology leaders. Adept at consultative selling by identifying client challenges, uncovering opportunities, and tailoring technology-enabled transformation solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Strong negotiation, presentation, and influence skills that drive trust and long-term partnerships.
Market Strategy & Positioning
Capable of translating market insight into actionable go-to-market strategies. Skilled at identifying high-potential segments, refining value propositions, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and compelling market narrative.
