Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound phone calls (20–50 per day) and emails.
  • Research and identify key contacts and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels.
  • Promote and drive attendance to Naviant-hosted events like Reimagine, webinars and lunch & learns.
  • Participate in company events and tradeshows as needed to support lead generation.
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful engagement with prospects, nurturing them through the sales journey.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and advance opportunities
  • Accurately log outreach activities and lead updates in our CRM system.
  • Register qualified opportunities with software partners and support progression as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in cold prospecting, outreach, or a business development environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Quick-thinking, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about digital transformation and intelligent automation
  • Skilled at asking insightful questions to uncover pain points and business needs
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable handling rejection
  • Confident in initiating conversations and building relationships with new contacts daily
  • Driven by goals and committed to exceeding expectations
